Customer satisfaction is our number one priority at DALTON MARINE COSMETICS. We deeply regret if you are not satisfied with your purchase or one of our products and you may of course return any item if that is the case. You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
WHAT CAN I DO IF I HAVE A COMPLAINT OR A WARRANTY CLAIM?
If there is something wrong with a product and you wish to receive a replacement or if the delivery is not identical to your order, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are happy to help you!
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
To exercise your right of withdrawal, we kindly ask you to inform us of your decision within 14 days of delivery of the order. You may do so by calling us, sending us an e-mail (email@example.com) or sending our withdrawal form by post to the following address: DALTON COSMETICS GERMANY GmbH, Returns, Dorfstr. 2a, 94571 Schaufling, Germany. After announcing the return, you have another 14 days to send the products back to us. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
For your own protection we recommend that you use registered mail to send items back.
All items must be returned unsoiled, unaltered and complete with all original packaging. If a product has been purchased as a part of a set, all products that are part of the set must be returned. Please do not remove any labels or seals.
Due to health and hygiene regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been unsealed after delivery.
Any accessories or free gifts that came with your purchase must be sent back with your return in order to receive a refund. The two free DALTON MARINE COSMETICS product samples you received are of course exempt from this policy and you may keep them in any case.
HOW IS MY REFUND PROCESSED?
Once your return has been received and processed, we will provide a refund for the invoice amount within 14 days of our receipt of the goods. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, unless we have explicitly agreed on something else. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you have not prepaid for return shipping.
