DELIVERY TIMES AND AVAILABILITY

All orders placed in the DALTON online store are shipped via our delivery partner DHL International Premium Shipping . Standard delivery for in-stock items typically takes 5-8 days from the time your order is received. If you place an order on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the processing time begins on the next business day. If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we’ll send the available products right away and ship the remaining items free of charge as soon as they are back in stock. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email from DHL with your tracking number, allowing you to track your delivery. Products are only shipped to addresses in the United States.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are based on your order subtotal (after all discounts):

• Orders under $80: A shipping fee of $29.90 applies.
• Orders between $80 and $119.99: A reduced shipping fee of $9.90 applies.
• Orders of $120 or more: Free shipping.

The shipment includes the Postal Delivered Duty Paid service (Postal DDP / PDDP). All import duties are covered by us, so there are no additional customs charges that need to be paid by the customer upon delivery.
